Join us for a Father's Day Hike and celebrate all of the current and future F45 Dads. Whether you are a dad or have a dad, everyone is invited! WHEN: Sunday, June 26th promptly at 8am WHERE:Twin Peaks Summit in Poway Meet at Silverset Neighborhood Park There is parking at the park or along Silverset St. WHAT TO BRING:Water Bottle, Tennis Shoes/Hiking Boots, and your dad or kids! *Classes will still be running in studio for members who prefer to attend class.
