Richland County's Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) will host its annual Neighborhood Block Party on the front lawn of the County Administration Building. Come celebrate all that our wonderful neighborhoods have accomplished in the past year. Local organizations and nonprofits will be in attendance to offer resources to neighborhoods and residents. The block party is free and open to the public, with food and music provided. In the event of inclement weather, the event will move to the first and third floors of the County Administration Building.
