Locally owned and operated since 1989 property maintenance company is seeking a hard working professional candidate to fill a working Forman/Supervisory role to manage the day to day operations of the lawn care and landscaping team members. We are a continuously growing company looking for a team orientated candidate that will work hard but effective and efficient to continue providing great service and taking pride in the results. POSITION DETAILS: Manage day to day operations of the lawn and landscape crews. Maintain safety, work flow, quality, and communication with customers while on property. Communicate with tree, irrigation and pest control Managers as needed. Prepare crew schedules and identify staffing needs. Train new crew members while developing existing crew members. Identify enhancement sales opportunities.
