WXPN Welcomes Tellus3City Fest 21+ Ages 21+ Tellus3City Fest is a weekend-long music festival in Lancaster, PA celebrating the region's music scene by hosting more than 30 bands from Lancaster and the surrounding areas to perform at Tellus 360 over a three-day span.
