Congratulations on your new addition!! Babies are a precious gift and JBF wants to be a part of your new parenting adventure. You are invited to shop our exclusive Presale before we open to the public. Find all you need from maternity items, newborn clothing, nursery gear, bath time essentials, safety must-haves, swings, bouncy seats, strollers, high chairs, pack n plays, books, shoes, toys and so much more! You will find all you need to set up your nursery and house... and don't forget the to set up grandma and grandpa's house too in preparation of your new bundle of joy! You qualify to come to the 1st Time Parent and Grandparent Presale if you are a parent/grandparent who is expecting your first child/grandchild OR you have welcomed your first child/grandchild through birth, adoption, or foster care in the past 12 months. You may get an additional ticket for a guest to help you shop :) Most tickets admit 1 person, the only exception to this is the Group Discount tickets which admit multiple people per ticket (see tickets for more details). Quantities are limited. 5pm- Paid ticket (Group Discount Tickets available) 6pm- Free ticket See below for our policy on children and strollers at the presale Sale Location: Southdale Center - Lower Lever (Take Stairs/Elevator by J.Crew to Lower Level) Edina, MN 55345 FAQs: Where in the mall is JBF? JBF will be on the lower level of Southdale Center. Use the elevator or stairs directly in front of J.Crew to get to our entrance. Can I bring a stroller to the presale? Due to the large amount of items on the sales floor, we ask that no strollers or wagons are brought to the presale. Are children allowed at the sale? If possible, please plan to leave children at home for their own safety and for social distancing. If your child must come with you, they will need their own presale ticket (ages 2 and up). FYI-No tickets needed for children during our public shopping times March 16-19. To help maintain proper social distancing, all children must remain by your side at ALL times. Has anything changed since Covid? Yes, we have added several safety protocols similar to what you would find at your local grocery store. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the sale? No, go GREEN and save your ticket on your phone What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash and all major credit & debit cards. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes! But the person it's being transferred to must qualify as a 1st time parent/grandparent as well. What happens if COVID changes the presale dates? We will transfer your ticket(s) to the rescheduled presale dates. What is the refund policy? No ticket refunds (unless COVID forces us to cancel / reschedule). Also, all merchandise purchased at the sale is final, no returns or exchanges. Can I bring food or beverages to the presale? Yes, Southdale Center allows outside food.
