Miami Beach, FL 33140 Registration Includes: Green Fee, Cart, Course Snacks, Beverages, Gratuity, Cigar Gift Bag Team Registration: $550; After July 4th: $700 Individual Registration: $150; After July 4th: $200 (If you sign up as part of a Foursome, a Captain's name must be provided) (The individual who purchases the foursome will be listed as the Team Captain) (Please do not pay the Individual Registration Fee if you are part of a Foursome) (If you sign up as an Individual Player, you will be placed in a Foursome) Format: “Scramble Captain’s Choice” Prizes will be awarded: Men and Women’s Long Drive and Closest To Pin, Men and Women's Best Dressed, Team Best Dressed Cash Prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place contestants. Rental Clubs are available and can be reserved for $60 per set. Please indicate gender and if you are right-handed or left-handed on the registration form.
