Todd Anderson Todd Anderson brings a rich and diverse vocational background to speaking and coaching. After earning a Marketing degree from Oral Roberts University, Todd spent a decade working with young people in a church setting. Following his work within the church, Todd excelled in automotive sales, rising to TOP TEN in SALES for Oldsmobile in the nation. His comprehensive 21 year automotive career included sales and sales management within the largest Oldsmobile dealership in the country. Todd is an effective communicator, and has spent much time speaking in area schools, churches, colleges, and business seminar settings such as Failure Lab and Tedx Grand Rapids. In 2010, he founded RETNA, a men’s group purposing to help men find their life story. He earned his Executive Coaching Certification in 2014, and is the founder and owner of SUMMIT COACHING PARTNERS. What makes Todd “come alive” is to find and enhance the gifts and passions of men and women leaders in business who want to make an impact on their families, clients, and communities. Seth Bellas Seth Bellas is a leader and entrepreneur. He is the Branch Manager for Churchill Mortgage in Grandville, MI. As one of the top loan officers in the state, Seth has earned several awards for excellence during his mortgage career and plays an active role in the leadership of Churchill Mortgage. With a major in English and minor in Sociology, Seth is an expert communicator and contributes regularly to podcasts, journals, and articles written around leadership and finance. Seth is passionate about creating change through authentic relationship and uses this passion to leave others “better off for the encounter.”
