GRAY pittie (chocolate looking when dirty or bleached) a little white on nose and and toes. White chest to down under belly. Male NEUTERED Bad hips so getting meds. Has lost tons of weight now. Took off under fence with neighbors dogs. They are home. He was spotted on 581 IN SPRING HOPE crying and limping. A woman chased him off instead of helping. Also seen in CASTALIA REWARD!
