Overnight, Caltrans crews will shut down SR- 52, between I-805 and I-5 so that SDGE crews can work on overhead power lines. It is expected that the repairs will be completed by 4:30 on Friday. The City of San Diego and San Diego Swim Safer held an event last Saturday at the Bud Kearns public pool in North Park. "Wherever there is water, there is risk," said Nicole McNeil, President of the Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego. Now, Sheriff's Deputies have arrested an 18-year-old man in connections with the thefts. A warrant was issued to search the young man's home where a number of computers were found.
