Tani needs a temporary foster - She just lost her best fur friend

This is Tani and her best fur friend just passed a way. I have to leave unexpectedly out of country and I need her to be fostered for 4 months. This needs to be someone who works from home and she also really needs another fur friend. She is very sad. She is the sweetest most cuddly dog ever. She is 1 years old and is definitely still very much of a puppy. She loves the dog park, she sleeps alot.... like a lot. Because she will also be moving out of country in 4 months she will need a couple of vet visits, which I will of course cover as well as the foster itself. This is pretty urgent. Thank you.
