I have a work order from the city from an inspection. Below is the list of things that needs to be completed along with painting of the whole house. My client has a budget of $10k. LIST OF REPAIRS: Install smoke detector on main floor Remove debris from garage Seal unused opening in furnace and properly attach return air duct to furnace Repair closing device on back security gate Replace missing screens in side window on first floor Replace missing screen/glass on front security gate Cut back trees 3ft from roof of house Repair damaged fencing, gate located at the rear of the property Replace side fascia board on Garage Replace side soffit board on garage Replace broken window on front and side of garage Replace missing tiles on basement floor Replace the missing or damaged cover up on living room receptacle Replace the missing or damaged cover up on kitchen receptacle Fix leak underneath basement laundry tub basin Replace damaged masonry threshold at front entrance Secure loose porch stair Repair door off hinge on rear bedroom Repair damaged kitchen countertop Repair damaged base cabinet door Replace side entry doorknob Replace broken toilet seat in basement Remove trash and debris throughout home Paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen,bathroom, dining room and hallways.
