Description
The Support Advisor is an integral part of the advisor support team; responsible for utilizing the client relationship model and turnkey tools to assist the advisor in building efficiencies, growing their practice, and servicing clients. Gather and analyze client data, help prepare financial plans, work with clients to process transactions, trades, and other practice management tasks as needed. Utilize your strong financial planning knowledge at Rise to implement process efficiencies, improve the client experience and assist in the change management process. Provide business support as needed. Responsibilities and Time Allocation – Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by management Position Functions: Meeting Management Prepare financial plans and provide recommendationsAttend client meetingsComplete follow up letters from client meetingsFollow compliance requirements and enter all data in Ameriprise systems Client Support Address complex client inquiries: escalate issues or concerns to Advisors as neededSupport Advisors with ongoing financial plan analysis and maintenanceSupport complex client casesDelegate efficiently to client service specialist team Advisor Email Management Manage Senior Advisor’s email boxReview emails and respond, delegate, or escalate as appropriateAlert Advisor of time sensitive issues Advanced Business Support Act as a subject matter expert to assist advisors, team members and business partnersDevelop, sustain, and maximize relationships across the company and locationsActively lead, create and participant in business developmentContribute to creating and enhancing documentationBackup for lead advisors when applicableSupport new locations through job shadowing and procedure review/updateActively review processes for process efficiency opportunitiesMiscellaneous duties as assigned by management Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proven dedication to providing superior client serviceProactively seeking opportunities to enhance knowledgeAbility to anticipate the client and advisor needs to provide excellent client serviceHave robust time management and organizational skillsHigh Level of interpersonal skillsBuild strong working relationship with all levels within the organizationStrong ability to gather and analyze data to develop facts-based conclusions and recommendationsBring a comprehensive understanding of financial planning conceptsAbility to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor, Ameriprise FinancialAbility to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor’s practiceProficiency with MS Office Suite and Ameriprise applications/software Education and Other Designations: · College degree or higher · 1-2 years of relevant experience · Federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses within 180 days of hire About Our Company Rise Private Wealth Management is headquartered in Bedford, New Hampshire and has offices in Maine, Massachusetts, Kansas, and Florida.
