I'm in a bind for a demo job happening this week. Original sub has gone missing on me. Job is removing 600 sq ft of pool deck. Most of the portions to be removed are along expansion joints, so a pretty easy line to follow. We're not removing all of the deck, so we need straight cuts on the portions that are coming out. Dump truck removal is necessary. Access is limited, so no room for a bobcat. If you have a concrete buggy, it needs to be able to get through a 36 inch wide gate. The bid for this from the team that hasn't confirmed was $2,400 so that's what ended up in the budget. Should be a one dayer I would think. Wed or Thur would be good, although in a pinch, even Friday would work, though that's not ideal. I've got the pictures w/ captions already on my phone, so if you have a team, equipment and you are interested, please reply via text and I can send those along. Again, it's just partial removal of some of the pool deck (600 sq ft) in a few different sections and saw cutting will be necessary.
