Warehouse Helper Job Duties Perform an array of functions that will include Loading & Offloading of Rolls of Turf and Paletized Goods - Assisting with Inventory - Packing & Shipping Orders. Qualification requirements • Current or Recent Forklift License (Forklift Experience With Carpet Roll is Desired) • Previous warehouse experience preferred - (Artificial Turf Warehouses Preferred) • Good communication, organizational and time management skills • Dependable, Reliable Self Starter; Overtime as needed will be required Physical demands and abilities • Regularly lift and/or move Heavy Objects 50lbs to 200 lbs • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel & crouch • Occasionally required to sit and climb Essential duties and responsibilities • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise • Prepare orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in shipping area • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards • Prepare parcels for shipping • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area(s), and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times • Wear the proper safety equipment
