New business (Grooming, self dog wash & upscale doggie essentials) is looking for a front desk receptionist/dog bather and a Groomer on a part time basis with potential for growth to full time if interested. We are looking for an upbeat, friendly, motivated individual with a great attitude who is ready to learn the ropes and help grow our business. This is a perfect position for a hard worker starting out and looking to advance. Our hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00a to 5:00p and Sunday 10-4p so hours can be flexible. We are located close to downtown Long Beach. The duties will vary, including but not limited to: - Bath, Brush & Dry all types of dogs - Answering all phone calls - Checking voicemails / possible appointment scheduling - Greeting and checking in clients - Checking in with clients during their washing experience - Ensuring smooth and convenient customer checkout - Tracking inventory accurately - Upselling products when applicable - Communicating with management/owners - Maintaining a clean work environment throughout the day/light cleaning - listens and address customer/employee complaints and concerns If you think you're a match, please send us an email with your resume and/or experience.
