Field Service Technician– Espresso / Coffee / Beverage Equipment Duties Include:-Installing coffee / espresso equipment-Troubleshooting and repair of coffee/espresso equipment-Performing preventive maintenance-Basic equipment training for owner/operators-Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment problems-Work as part of an on-call rotation which may include evening and weekend work-Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle-Some out of town training may be required on occasion -Qualifications-2+ years of equipment repair or comparable experience a plus-Previous field service experience a plus-Ability to work independently-Clear written and verbal communication skills-Professional attitude and appearance-Ability to follow direction -Excellent customer service skills-Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record-Skilled with the use of multi-meter and hand tools-Previous experience with coffee equipment is helpful-Ability to lift up to 75 lbs We look forward to you joining our team.
