Turf and Landscape Management is looking for a motivated, full-time Lawn Care Applicator with a minimum of three years of experience (MDA Applicators license 3C & Fertilizer License Preferred). Must be able to work independently and promote customer retention and loyalty while servicing lawns in a timely fashion. A successful candidate will have the desire for continued learning and seek to obtain certifications through the Maryland Department of Agriculture, if not already certified. Competitive Starting Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 An Hour Depending on Experience. (Plus Overtime Opportunities) Qualifications: -Must have a valid Driver’s License. -3 years experience in the field. -Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. -Requires extensive local driving. -Excellent communication skills. -Ability to communicate with and serve multiple clients. -Ability to complete paperwork accurately and timely. -Must be able to work independently. -Proficiency in use of landscape equipment. Responsibilities: -Applying fertilizers and weed control products to residential lawns, also includes record keeping, report writing, and routing. -Measuring and mixing lawn care products and materials. -Responsible for completing daily work orders and maintaining organized application records. -Responding on a timely basis to customer requests. -Lawn analysis includes identifying weeds and grass varieties. -Communicating with customers regarding lawn analysis. -Driving company vehicle to customer location. -Maintaining vehicle and equipment cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
