About this position SeeScan, Inc is hiring for a full-time, Entry Level Injection Molding Technician during the evening shift. Flexibility is key, since this position will require many different tasks and duties as business needs dictate. An ambitious and fast learner has the potential to grow into a more senior Mold Process Technician. This position includes a $4/hour pay premium for working on the evening shift. In this position, you will Work with injection molding machines to facilitate the creation of molded parts Use knives, cutters, and other hand and power equipment as needed to trim and degate plastic molded parts Handle molds and materials to ensure effective workflow and quality of the evening shift Keep a neat and tidy work area About you Good dexterity working with your hands using clippers and other related deburring instruments Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag potential issues as they arise to minimize scrap Willing to work well with others as part of a team to meet objectives Able to take constructive criticism as part of a continuous improvement process Excellent communications skills Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including lifting, bending, twisting, etc. Organized and tidy, with a sense of pride in your work area Desire to learn new skills and techniques We offer A position within an established company that has over 30 years of experience, growing from humble beginnings in our founder’s garage to a team of over 300 Medical, dental, and vision coverage Traditional and Roth 401(k) investment options Flexible Paid Time Off plan with no cap or “use it or lose it” requirement If this position is of interest, please apply online at with your resume and a thoughtful cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
