Description
We're seeking a few awesome personalities to join our team as Events + Marketing Sales Coordinators to join our growing team. If you're looking for a part-time opportunity with a great company and even better people we'd love to meet you.
You must have a knack for events, sales, experiential marketing, an all things luxury real estate.
Flexible schedule varies with opportunities available Monday - Sunday

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintaining and growing customer relationships
-Client visits
-Greeting guests
-Food service set-up and management.
-Light cleaning
-Event Set-up and Breakdown
-Some food prep, plating, and passing when needed.
-Some Tavel may be required
-Some event shopping may be required
-Ability to manage event budgets and deliverables
-Ability to participate in team meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Professional and polished demeanor.
-Experience in banquet service, hospitality, weddings, etc.. preferred but not required.
-Knowledge of floral design, event management, set-up, breakdown, vendor logistics.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Always prompt and timely.
-Day, weekend and evening opportunities available
