Hi, I am looking for a person (male or female) who has experience in different phases of construction. Painting, caulking, maybe floors and can carry around 30 pounds with ease maybe more. Job pays 15 a hour and, you must know about tools and know how to use and take care of them. Know a little bit about decorating and have a sense of class and comforts in making a place pop would really help. I do background checks but, I don't mind helping others get back up on their feet. I will screen anyone that emails me so, make sure you give me your full name I don't need anything else. If you work out well and know a little bit about management, supervising a little bit of administration work then that might help in showing apartments and helping me get these places rented out.
