help getting into rental car

I am needing to get from Lawrence to Olathe for work on the weekdays or weekends. I have had trouble finding someone willing and able to help me get into a rental car as I understand it IS a high risk with someone you may not know. I am struggling as I haven’t been to work in a few months, my dad was unreliable on fixing my radiator so have been trying to work out a rental situation or secure a ride to work. Willing to pay to rent a vehicle!! Serious please email response
