We are a Property Management Company in need of a Trash out / Porter person. Job Requirements: - Pass a background and drug test - Ability to lift over 75 lbs - Ability to drive with a trailer is a plus. Job Description: - pulling trash/debris out of houses and throwing them away in a dump trailer - pulling out carpet and other flooring material with tools supplied and throwing them away - running a wheel barrel, shovel, some power tools etc. Position starting immediately.
