Maintenance Technician needed for apartment communities. Position requires basic knowledge of general maintenance repairs, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12-1) Qualification are: Must have some experience in apartment community living MUST have knowledge of repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning pools, grounds keeping, appliance repair, heating and cooling. Bilingual is preferred. Must own personal tools for maintenance work. Must have valid driver's license Must be available to start immediately High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits include: Paid Holidays and 1 week paid vacation after a year employment, if you meet the above qualifications.
