I am looking for someone to help transport my elderly mother to her various appointments, such as for physical therapy, doctor visits, and miscellaneous errands. Typically she would need transportation 2 or 3 times per week, and each trip would require 2 to 3 hours of the persons time. My mom can stand and take a few steps with assistance, but most of the time she is in a wheelchair. Transportation would be done using my mom's van. The van is not a handicap adapted van, so she would need help getting into and out of the car. The person who does this job will need to be a safe driver, kind, patient, and physically capable of lifting the empty wheel chair into the car. The pay is $20 per hour.
