I have a variety of properties. Many are apartments and some of them are office space. I have on a regular basis small projects that need to be completed. Right now I need a door put in between offices and wallpaper and painting done. I have variety of tasks. Some of the skills needed would be painting, light plumbing, light carpentry, general repair, light electrical, etc. General handyman type of work. I usually have long term relationships with the handyman and you will get very familiar with the different properties.
