Starting A Band

I’m looking to find a groove with a group of musicians and hopefully make some original music. I’ve been playing guitar for 15 years and I’m a solid rhythm player. I play mostly alternate, indie, pop punk, rock, metal (classic to very modern). I’m at a point in my life where I’d like to learn more, explore new tones, and write music. I’m intrigued by indie tones - bright AC30 and Fender tones and the like. Some of the bands I like: - Spoon - Arcade Fire - Jimmy Eat World - Wilco - Foo Fighters - Metric - Metallica - Paramore - Fleet Foxes - Avett Brothers - Fiest … there are literally too many to mention. I have basic gear… a few guitars, a 100 watt amp. Feel free to call me if you’re interested.
