This is a 2 bedroom row house. Other projects are on the plate. PLEASE SCREEN YOURSELF for these requirements. Job Requirements: 1. You must have ALL of your Tools, including but not limited to, air compressors, hand tools, 6’ ladder, laser, squares, pens, nail guns, cords, and more 2. Must have a drivers license 3. A copy of your driver’s license is needed after our first meeting, if we are going to work together. If you will not send me a copy of your driver’s license, then please do not call. 4. Must have transportation – truck or van for hauling material preferred (but a car is ok). 5. Must be ready to start now or this week. 6. Will be 1099 contractor papers signed. 7. Hours 7:30am to 4pm = 8 hrs (1/2 hr for lunch unpaid) (a punch time clock is on the job.) 8. Driving Time Needed In your vehicle – up to 2 hours a day going to supply house. (Normally you go to pick up supplies once or twice a week, not everday.) 9. Hispanic, Foreigners and All are welcomed – speaking clear English is a plus, but not mandatory. THE PAY – HRLY PAY PREFERRED 1. Weekly Pay = $25 an hr = $200 a day = $1,000 a week (by Zelle or check) (Paid Tuesday following the work week) 2. Daily pay = $20 an hour/$160 a day by Zelle only. 3. If you prefer to be paid by the job, and not hourly, I prefer those that will take a max of 0% to 10% down, and the balance in 1 to 2 draws upon completion of the work, since my hard money lender pays out in draws. I pay for the material, you order, pick up, and transport the material from the store to the job. I pay for the material. You can bid labor only.
