Meals On Wheels is in need of volunteers for the Thornton/Northglenn/Westminster area! We are currently in need of drivers to deliver meals to seniors and home bound people. Deliveries take about 2 hours to do and you only need to commit to 1 day a week, even if it's only for a month! Routes are from 9:30-11:30 or 10:30-12:30. We have openings for everyday of the week right now. No deliveries on the weekends or holidays. Please consider helping! Meals on Wheels also has a waitlist of people that need meals delivered to them but we cannot take on these new people until we fill the deliveries for the current families. So we really need your help! Deliveries are for Adams County, so if you have time to volunteer or if you know of anyone that wants to volunteer, PLEASE email me. There is also a small monthly stipend offered to our volunteers for gas. Please email me if you are interested in volunteering and I will send you more info and answer any of your questions.
