Role and Responsibilities: -Responsible to make sure all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and staged for installers. -List return material when necessary and return to stock. -Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet. -List all overstocked items and give them to the Warehouse Manager for vendor return. -Check and put away stock orders. -Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion. -Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans. -Assist RNC Foreman with items necessary to dispatch the job trailer in the morning. -Notify the Warehouse Manager of any shortages of stock items. -List returns to stocks and gives to Warehouse Manager for vendor return. -Put away any deliveries, mark equipment received with job name and number, stage in the appropriate area -Perform monthly inventory count. -Pick up all garbage from the warehouse, yard, and on building grounds. -Report status of jobs pulled at day's end to Department Managers. -Check with Shop Foreman for any needed stock. -Maintain facility in proper operating condition. -Put away all extra materials brought back by installers the day before. -Maintain warehousing of Company supplied tools. Generate check-out lists and reconcile upon return. -Lock upbuilding and yard. -Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring “more than satisfied customers.” -Additional duties as assigned. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
