We do draft-stopping, window and door insulation, & air sealing in new home construction. Using a 1 part spray foam guns we seal the penetrations to the outside, through the framing plates, and draftstop the firewall. We also use 1 part window and door spray foam to seal and insulate the windows and doors. We supply all materials and are looking for someone to provide the labor. Must of the work is done on the ground or a small A-frame ladder so very little equipment is needed to start. We are looking to add a sub to the Delaware area to do this work. Pay is per house completed so if you have productive crews this would be a good fit. We also have plenty of work in the Philadelphia suburbs if you are willing to travel to stay busy. Would prefer crews with experience in this (or have new home construction experience in another trade) but will train the right crew.
