UTILITIES PIPE CREW MEMBERS (Majority of the work is in Denver) Experienced WET UTILITIES PIPE CREW MEMBERS NEEDED in underground utility construction (water/sewer/storm). LEAD PIPE LAYER (TOP MAN) Experienced utility pipe layer with working knowledge and experience in wet utility construction (water/sewer/storm). • Read and understand plans and specifications • Lay out pipe and determine correct angle and elevation of pipe, inlets, vaults, and manholes • Read and properly interpret survey grade stakes • Effectively spot for equipment operators, in an effort to avoid damage when excavating in the vicinity of underground utilities. • Use hand tools (shovel, wrench, level, screwdriver, etc.) as needed during the pipe installation/repair process • Safely operate power tools (demo saws, grinders, circular saws, drills, laser levels, compaction equipment, generators, air compressors, etc.) • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays • Work safely at all times, observing all company policies, OSHA Regulations, and site-specific requirements and policies HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR Experienced operator of Excavators and Backhoes of all sizes. Must have underground utility experience. LABORER Laborer with working knowledge and experience in underground utility construction (water/sewer/storm).
