We are actively seeking to fill 1 position for maintenance techs at our properties located in Thornton, CO.
Abilities to include:
Landscaping and sprinkler system repair.
Both indoor and outdoor plumbing capabilities.
Very light electrical work and knowledge of.
Drywall repair and painting.
Ability to work in inclement weather conditions as needed.
Ability to think independently while following the directions of the Property Manager.
