FAB SHOP HELPERS/WELDERS

Our client, a local Fab shop, is looking for 6 dependable shop laborers to start immediately. OT is available. Primary duties: • Receive, Put Away, Replenish, Rotate, Pick, Fabricate Steel, complete yard utility functions. • Unloads freight, inspects for damage, verifies quantity, reports discrepancies • Accurately moves product to storage locations • Maintain general yard maintenance • Performs necessary functions (cut, drill, weld, sandblast, etc.) to complete fab orders • Keeps equipment and work area/yard clean and safe • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications for a Fab Shop Associate: • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • 1-2 yrs previous work experience; Fab Shop with light MIG welding experience preferred Physical Requirements: • Continuous standing, walking, repetitive use of hands and arms, grasping, lifting 40 lbs or less • Frequent bending over, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, pushing or pulling and lifting and carrying over 10 lbs to 75 lbs • Must be willing to work in the elements (outdoor shop) If you're serious about working, send your resume/work history to the link above and be at the address listed below Monday-Thursday.
