We’re looking for someone to help us full time with: Job site clean up Getting materials from the lumber yards Landscape work Assisting builder in construction tasks This job is fast paced, so we don’t want someone that needs a lot of breaks. We need someone that is fit enough to keep going throughout the day and can lift heavy items. The ideal candidate is responsible, punctual, self-reliant, and takes pride in their work. It can be tough, especially in this heat, but for the right person, this will be a fun job and an exciting opportunity to learn details of high performance building that most builders don’t even know. Must have a reliable pick up truck to use. This position starts out as an independent contractor position and can later transition to employment. Pay will be based on an hourly rate plus milage for use of your personal vehicle. Starting pay is negotiable and can increase as we get to know each other and understand that this is a good fit.
