Found dog on SE Foster Road near Dahlquist

Found the sweetest boy on my way home on SE Foster, I was driving West on SE Foster Rd, when I saw a dog running in the road towards my car. He came right up to me when I called for him, he's very well trained and I'm sure he's somebody's good boy that just accidentally got out. I had some dog food in my car, he was not interested so he was either full or doesn't like my dog food. I would've taken him home but my reactive pitbull was also in the car with me and I didn't want to scare the found dog away into the road. He is long hair, black with a white neck and face and legs, he has black spots on his neck. He listened well to commands and layed down and I waited with him at the Pleasant Valley Market, no one drove by looking for him in that time span. He is safe and with Multnomah Animal Control.
