I am hoping to train alone less. Lol. I love strength and endurance conditioning and formal training. I especially love hitting and holding the boxing mits.
I have a long athletic history. I grew up in Aikido, trained Taekwondo, wreslted, some boxing and mixed martial arts.
I have a PhD in chemistry and taught high school and middle school for 6 years. Even had a hogh school boxing club one time.
Looking for people that share the excitement of traing and are family friendly. We are accepting people with kids. I have a fair amount of traing space in my house.
I am thinking early morning. It is the only time i have a consistent schedule.
I am good at my craft and love sharing it.
