Full Job Description Status: Full Time/Non-Exempt Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager Salary: $15 - $20 / hour Warehouse Supervisor Fresh Patch is looking for an amazing Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding team and assist in overseeing receiving, warehousing and shipping operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll guarantee that our warehouse operation runs efficiently and smoothly by overseeing your team and addressing any obstacles that could delay your team’s success. You’ll be active on the warehouse floor to coach your team and proactively address areas of opportunity. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, ensuring that safety and efficiency standards are not compromised. Your success will be determined by the way you view challenges as opportunities for improvement and the way you coach your team to perform. You must have a passion for your people, their safety, and success. Responsibilities: Effectively supervise warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, shipping, and safety processes in a warehouse environment Coach team members’ performance and encourage a sense of responsibility in the success of the whole operation Aid in implementing and tracking KPIs Inventory management and reporting Assist Warehouse Operations Manager in cost reduction efforts Provide ongoing training and guidance to team Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2 - 3 + years of related warehouse experience 1 - 2 + years team lead or supervisory experience Passion for people and warehouse operations Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Experience in agriculture / food, e-commerce, supply chain analysis is a plus Computer proficient Strong analytical and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire to grow within an expanding start-up environment Benefits: Salary: $15 - $20 / hour PTO: Vacation Days & 6 sick days Retirement: 401k with company match Fresh Patch, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
