LICENSED ELECTRICIAN NEEDED FOR APARTMENT ELECTRICAL WORK Fully licensed electrician / company needed for the following scope of work for an existing 60's era 2 bedroom 800 sf apartment remodel: 1)NEW DW plug 2)NEW SURFACE MOUNT STEIBEL WALL HEATERS (former baseboards already removed, wires still there at each location) 3)SWAP LIVING ROOM STAT 4)SWAP ALL LIGHT FIXTURES (3 surface mount flat LED's, 2 pendants, 1 vanity light) 5)INSTALL 5 NEW 3” CANS IN EXISTING KITCHEN SOFFIT (switched off existing kitchen light circuit) 6)SWAP 1 EXISTING CEILING FAN 7)SWAP ALL EXISTING PLUGS AND SWITCHES TO WHITE See photos as reference for end result, and fixtures used. Heaters will not be baseboards shown in photos but will be surface mount new in same location. The big stuff like the heaters, cans, fan, and light fixtures will be provided.
