Albany Management is seeking a HVAC Technician and HVAC Manager for our Commercial buildings and Residential apartments. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year minimum of HVAC experience (entry level); 5+ years (manager level) • Valid driver's license and vehicle • Must be able to trouble shoot, service, balance, repair and perform complete preventive maintenance of HVAC systems • Basic electrical, plumbing and general building experience • Candidate must be good natured and professional with a good work ethic • Ability to work independently and effective time management skills • Self-motivated and dependable • Manager Level – supervisor ability, certified, ordering equipment/supplies, overseeing contractors for major replacements Responsibilities • Maintain heating, air conditioning and mechanical systems • Perform daily maintenance tasks Interested candidates may send us a detailed resume including education, work history and experience with emphasis on the elements identified above.
