Property Maintenance Company seeks porter/ assistant property maintenance employee for part time position. Approximate 25-30 hours a week Approximately Monday -Friday Approximate pay $18.00 - $22.00 per/hour Job Description Cleaning of all building spaces, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, glass and window cleaning, disposal/ emptying of trash. Maintenance of interior and exterior garbage rooms/ areas. breaking down of boxes handling of trash cleaning of rooms organizing of cans Cleaning the exterior of property picking up of debris assist in landscaping and weeding assist in snow removal and salting Assist in general maintenance at times spackling and painting cleaning of units /appliances moving appliances changing light bulbs restocking fitness centers and bathrooms Employee will work throughout numerous properties taking care of and assisting with all the above as well as additional tasks.
