A little about the space: The space is inside our home and includes access to a large 20x20 living room, kitchen, 12x11 storage space, and bathroom. Located in Del Valle (just 18 minutes from downtown) the house sits on the Colorado River and has private access to the river and island behind the space. Access/Hours: Access to the space and river is open from 10am-11pm on weekdays and 9am-1am on weekends. Price: $550/month includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and parking for 2 vehicles.
