Greetings All,
My name is Paul Jimerson. I am hosting a drum circle once a month in my backyard at 5 Ellison Street in Jaffrey NH 03452. We will be playing on the last Sunday of every month starting at 2pm and going until we stop.
Here's what I have in mind:
-- It's not a class. It's a celebration.
-- Nobody's in charge.
-- No mask required.
-- No donations are needed.
-- Any/All instruments are welcome so bring your guitar, accordion, keyboard, horn, etc.
We start playing on the last Sunday of each month, at 2pm and go until around dusk, but if the groove is solid I am not going to end it. If it gets dark, I'll arrange some light, if it gets cold, I'll start a fire. I'll not be asking people to leave if they want to stay. This is important. It takes some time to get into the proper head space. If you play long enough you enter into a different state of mind... one that allows the music to speak through you. That is when the magic happens. I hope you will come add your magic to ours.
