Photos of home needed

We are looking for someone to take photos of a home for us. Does not have to be a professional camera but does need to have a good quality phone and able to take non blurry photos. We need about 50-60 pictures of all areas of the interior/exterior of the home. We buy them sight unseen so they photos show us what we are buying
