Looking for 2 reliable moving helpers unloading two PODS

I am looking for two reliable moving helpers on Friday and possibly on Saturday (if we don't finish on Friday). * FRI June 24th (around 4 PM) for approximately 3-4 hours * SAT June 25th (around 9 AM) for approximately 3-4 hours There are no appliances. However, there are a few heavier items, such as a wooden garden bench and a large mattress. We are moving into a new home and want to avoid scraping the walls or floors. In your reply, please indicate your hourly rate and your level of experience moving furniture.
