Aztec Village MHC LLC is looking for a full time, strong, grounds & maintenance team member! As grounds & maintenance technician you will be required to see what the community needs, work directly with the property manager to maintain the community and to oversee completion of assigned directives on time. Fluent in Spanish and English a plus. Must have your own tools. Must be able to lift 40lbs. Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand, walk or kneel for extended periods of time. Must have previous experience with basic maintenance, landscaping and tool knowledge. Must have reliable transportation. Communicates well and must be respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction. Assist in monitoring resident's compliance with community rules while working around community. Applicant must have a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation. Prefer mobile home experience but not a requirement. Competitive compensation package.
