Property management company with properties located around Cleveland Heights, Eastlake & South Euclid seeks experienced contractor to perform rental property maintenance. The projects that come up are varied but typically include;
Painting
Drywall repairs
Lite electrical
Lite plumbing
General Installation of fans, lights, fixture, blinds
Gutters Cleaning
Good communication skills are required to set up and coordinate repairs with tenants and reliable transpiration and your own tools a must.
