We are seeking qualified and skilled technicians to effectively manage a route with residential customers. If you have the following skills and knowledge, we want to speak to you! We are only interviewing people who meet the following criteria, Fairway Green strives to hire and retain the best in the industry. Knowledge and Skills: - Knowledge of turf management a plus (will train the right candidate) - Valid and clean driver’s license/record - Good Attendance Record - Customer Service Skills (able to communicate effectively with customers both on the phone and in person) - Attention to detail (someone who cares about quality) - Ability to lift, up to 50lbs - Bending/ Kneeling and walking - Working in all types of weather Job Description: The Route Technician will be responsible for the effective treatment of lawns based on turf type and conditions. They will reach out to customers in advance of their service upon request by using text or phone. Communicate effectively while on the lawn with the customer to establish a relationship. Identify problems and offer solutions.
