The Maintenance team is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and grounds by having a working knowledge of the company’s properties and related code requirements, including fire protection, security, grounds, internal structural plans, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing light electrical repairs, light plumbing, replacing broken fixtures, carpentry work, custodial and grounds work, periodic inspections and preventative maintenance, overseeing outside contractors, negotiating the best deal with contractors, and managing fleet vehicle maintenance.
