Property Preservation Company looking for Handymen and or Contractors in Wilmington, Whiteville, Chadbourn, and Hallsboro areas to service Vacant properties with year-round maintenance needs such as: Securing, Lock Changes, Grass Cuts, Property Inspections, Snow Removal, Cleaning, Trash outs, Winterizations, General Property Repairs and Rehab, and more. Interested applicants must meet the following: • Must be able to pass background check • Previous experience in the mortgage field industry and or all previous contracting work • Own reliable working vehicle(s) and equipment/tools to complete work (computer, smart phone, trailer, mower, ladder, etc.) • Knowledge of industry picture requirements (before, during, and after’s of all work completed) • Ability to work independently and follow strict due dates • Must be organized, detail oriented, and reliable • Able to meet financial requirements for each individual work order ( dump fees, labor, materials, etc.) • Appropriate insurance : General Limited Liability • Compensation to be discussed - Contractor will be 1099
