I buy materials. Removal shoud take 1 day no more.
It is a simple hamilton frame house built in 1920
No upfront money.
Pay is 25% when existing is removed and carted away.
Balance paid when all new installed.
Must work everyday rain or shine. Miss a days work and your in for a fight.
